How do I pay for my Cluventure?
How far in advance should I book my Cluventure vacation?
In order to provide you with the best possible Cluventure experience, we prefer a minimum of 3 months notice for each trip. If you’re interested in traveling sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What's included in the price?

What if I need help while on my Cluventure?
Each group will have a personal Adventure Specialist available on call to provide support if needed.
What is the difference between a classic and a luxury Cluventure?
All of our Cluventures will provide an enjoyable and personalized travel experience. If you would prefer to upgrade your trip, our luxury options are perfect for you. Cluventure luxury trips include an extra layer of comfort, such as upgraded flights, accommodations, and additional activities when available.
What kind of clues will I encounter while on my Cluventure?
Where will I travel?
A key element of the Cluventure experience is that the destination is a surprise! You have the option to choose between a domestic or an international Cluventure. During the interview with your Adventure Specialist, we will learn more about you and what type of climate, activities, and experiences you are looking for.
Will Cluventure Travel plan me a vacation centered around a particular activity?
Absolutely! Whether you want a ski trip, a beach trip, or anything in between, Cluventure is the agency for you! However, as we are dedicated to mystery and adventure, we will not plan Cluventures to specifically requested locations.
Can I purchase travel insurance through Cluventure?

Can I purchase a Cluventure as a gift?
Yes! Cluventures can absolutely be purchased for other people! To do so, simply fill out the checkout form as normal and mark the box that says ‘I am purchasing this Cluventure as a gift!’. To learn more, please contact us at email@example.com
How will Cluventure help to ensure my safety?
Safety is our number one priority. Our team does all that we can in order to ensure that all travelers remain safe on their Cluventure vacations. This includes consulting government websites and trusted on-the-ground agents, adequately researching all accommodations and activities, staying up to date on current conditions at your destination, sending each traveler with a resource guide which includes pertinent safety and medical information, and providing a direct support line that will be available at all times throughout the entirety of your vacation. International travelers are also enrolled in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). In addition, once your destination has been revealed, travelers are able to purchase travel insurance directly through our website.
What is the Cluventure Cause of the Year?
From 8.1.19 thru 7.31.20, Cluventure will donate a portion of all proceeds to our Cluventure Cause of the Year. Watch this video to learn about this year’s cause – Confident S.O.L.E.!
What is Cluventure's refund policy?
We understand that life happens. In the case of a cancelation, because of the unique nature of our travel experiences, Cluventure Travel will refund a maximum of 50% for each canceled trip. If any booking is canceled less than 14 days prior to departure, Cluventure Travel will retain the full amount.
